What should I prepare? I think what you can prepare depends on your schedule and ability. I would prepare a quick, minimal, protein-rich quick meal. You can eat it first thing in the morning and then have time to focus, relax, and recover. If you have time, prepare breakfast. Breakfast is the best time to consume more protein and energy to start your day. If you can, prepare breakfast before going to sleep. If you can’t prepare breakfast, prepare lunch for dinner. Do I really need to eat breakfast? I have never gotten hungry while eating. What do you think? How am I supposed to eat breakfast if I don’t get hungry? I think breakfast plays a major role in our lives. It can motivate us to accomplish our daily duties. It gives us time to focus, relax, and recover from the day. It can even help us to start a healthy routine of eating before we go to sleep.

I don’t judge people who exercise, for example jumping rope, in the morning. Those that exercise in the morning who don’t judge the people who exercise at night because it’s a part of their routine and not everybody is the same. This is true regardless.
