After each stage, you'll need to walk, run or jump over the platform and return to the starting point, maintaining your original direction.

Be mindful of your movements; falling through any holes will reset your score to zero. Should that happen, you'll need to jump rope back over the platform in the opposite direction. The clock is ticking, so stay focused! Each challenge has a time limit of 1 hour and 5 minutes. If you're nearing the limit, a prompt will remind you to finish up. You can also cancel the current challenge by hitting the emergency power button if you need to catch your breath.

For those new to jumping rope, there are shorter challenges with a 1-5 minute time frame to get you warmed up. Intermediate jumpers can tackle the 45-minute challenges, while advanced athletes can go for the full hour-plus routines. Remember, you can always pause or stop the challenge if necessary.
